Theme

The revival of dark cultures drives the popularity of films and television programs about freaks and unknown phenomena. People turn to mystical things, mondo films and religious power to relieve anxieties in real life. Just as Dante's The Divine Comedy says, "I find that I have lost my way into a dark forest", we are seeking spiritual force in the journey of life, is that an angel, a demon, a cross or astrology?

Inspiration

Met Gala 2018 was presented on the theme "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination". Blogger Style Melody made collages of celebrity looks. (Picture 1.1, 1.2, 1.3); Ray Caesar is good at surrealist digital artworks. The girls he created have beautiful but uncanny looks.

Women who prefer mysterious styles have their own dress codes. They do not follow the trends blindly, but choose eccentric and retro looks.

Color

Muted and hazy colors in low brightness are key of the theme, interpreting an ethereal vibe. Complements of warning shades are intriguing, feeling vivid and girly.

Materials with lustrous yarns reflect mystical sheen. Textural plush adds warmth to winter.

The revival of dark cultures drives the seeking for unknown power. The third eye brings a sense of enlightenment, encouraging us to perceive the world in a supernatural way.

Clothing Collocation -- Early Autumn (Knitwear)

Knitwear is a key item of early autumn, featuring Mauve Mist in low saturation, with Fiesta Green and Toadstool to reveal a vivid yet soft mood.
